Yes Lanzhou Lantian Float Glass Co., Ltd. (a company registered in April 2002 after the implementation of "debt-to-equity swap" in Lanzhou Flat Glass Factory) was founded in 1958. It is the first flat glass enterprise invested and built by the state in northwest China. After 50 years of construction and development, the enterprise has made great progress and made important contributions to the economic construction of Gansu Province. Lanzhou Blue Sky Glass Factory is a state-owned enterprise. State-owned enterprises are units owned by the whole people.
