The inner wall of the right orbit was fractured and the right eyeball was slightly retracted, requiring surgical repair. Is it a minor injury?

According to the "Standards for Appraisal of the Degree of Human Injury", if your orbital fracture causes the eyeball to retract more than 0.5cm, it is considered a serious injury level two.

If you have more than two orbital fractures; if one side of the orbital wall is fractured and the eyeball is retracted by more than 0.2cm, it is considered a minor injury.

If you have an orbital fracture (except for a simple orbital wall fracture), it is a minor injury.

If the inner wall of your orbit is fractured, it is a minor injury.
