Is there any way to deal with the yellow leather surface of basketball shoes?
How to maintain sports shoes? What if the sneakers turn yellow? Oxidation is an irreversible fact, just like skin aging and wrinkles, it is the interaction of time and environment. A 60-year-old man will never regain his youthful vitality at the age of 20. But in terms of perception, we can use some means to make oxidized sneakers reproduce the luster of new shoes.

Don't blame me for damaging your shoes because of your mistakes. Repairing shoes is a very patient job. If you are impatient, I advise you not to touch them!

Yellowing agent: only suitable for rubber midsole and outsole of shoes, but not for crystal sole and leather surface.

The use process of yellowing agent:

1. Wash your shoes and dry them first. Use masking paper at the joint between the shoe edge and the vamp, stick it on the vamp, cover it so as not to turn yellow, shave your nails and stick it tightly. Wanyi accidentally painted the vamp a color that can't be yellowed.

2. According to the area that needs to be yellowed, properly pour the powder of yellower-1 and the liquid of yellower -2 into a container (disposable cups) according to the ratio of 1: 1, and pour a few drops of foaming agent (never put too much), and stir evenly with a brush. After waiting for a few minutes, the powder dissolves and the yellowing agent bubbles slightly. Then be sure to wear disposable gloves or rubber gloves to operate, otherwise it should be washed off in time. After a long time, it may sting or turn slightly white, and it will disappear after washing for a few minutes.

3. Apply a layer of yellow remover evenly on the rubber shoes with a brush to cover the rubber shoes. If spilled or smeared in an inappropriate position, please wipe it off as soon as possible and wipe it with a paper towel. If they stick to your hands, wash them off as soon as possible. Let it stand for more than 40 minutes and rinse it with clear water. The yellowing effect is not enough, so you can apply it again with the remaining materials.

(Yellowing agent has a fading effect, so try not to apply it outside the rubber bottom and edge. ) After washing, you will find that the oxidized and yellow edges of shoes have turned white, but they will not be as white as when they were just bought back. If you want better results, please see the whitening tutorial below.

The following is the use process of whitening protective layer:

4. Remove the yellow position before wiping it with organic solvent, and then take out the primer (to enhance the adhesion of the film) and brush it lightly with a thin layer. Drying 10 minute.

5. Shake the leather membrane (according to the color of the shoe edge) to open it. Pour it on the lid. Dip a clean brush in the complementary color position. If you dip it less, you can brush it evenly and easily, and the color will deepen after drying. ). Brush repeatedly after half an hour (remember to brush lightly when brushing repeatedly, otherwise it will destroy the previously brushed film). Drying for more than 3 to 6 hours until the required color depth is reached.

6. Pour out some fixative (which can protect the leather surface and polish), dip it in with a clean brush, and apply a layer on the brush film. After a few seconds, don't brush back and forth forcibly or it will damage the membrane. Try to brush a film once or twice, and be sure to brush it everywhere! Drying for more than 24 hours. Especially after painting the fixative, put the shoes in a cool place for about a week before wearing them!
