2. Not enough exercise.
I suggest you have three meals a day for breakfast and a light lunch. Have some white rice porridge for dinner+light side dishes fried by yourself+an apple, and you can be half full. Do not drink drinks, wine, snacks and fruits at ordinary times. If you eat fruit, reduce your appetite.
Increase exercise, get up early in the morning, go jogging or brisk walking at 7: 30 for at least an hour, and swim or practice equipment at night.
When you lose weight, eat half a full meal every day, then swim 2000 meters, drink water when you are hungry, and don't eat anything else. One and a half months from 168 to 144, we are almost the same height.
