However, a considerable number of cases show irregular chronic abdominal pain, which lacks characteristics. Many patients have brown mottled skin changes after long-term abdominal hot compress. 3. It is prone to gastrointestinal dysfunction, abdominal distension and abdominal pain, and often intermittent intestinal obstruction, which is mostly related to improper diet and can be treated conservatively. Resting period can be close to normal life, and with the decline of physical function, the frequency of attacks tends to increase. In severe cases, the normal diet is limited, but the condition is a stable long-term chronic process.

[Diagnostic Basis]

Chronic abdominal pain or recurrent mechanical intestinal obstruction occurred after operation, especially after middle and lower abdomen operation, and the lesion showed a benign and chronic process. There were no related symptoms before operation, and no abnormalities were found in all related examinations. After excluding possible related diseases, the possibility of intestinal adhesion can be considered. Pneumoperitoneum or laparoscopic exploration can be performed to confirm the diagnosis.
