Disability compensation, 20 years from the date of disability identification, is calculated according to the disability level of the parties concerned and the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the per capita net income of rural residents published in the previous year. Those over 60 years old will be reduced by one year for each additional year; Five years for those over 75.
