research field
Glycomics and Glycoprotein genomics, the main research contents include developing a mass spectrometry method to accurately determine the total sugar chain structure of protein and the glycosylation site of protein in biological systems, using various affinity enrichment and separation methods to avoid the interference of other non-glycoprotein components, improving the sensitivity of the method, combining with other high-sensitivity methods (such as fluorescence detection) to detect biological small molecules, and studying the relationship between the content of some active small molecules and the glycosylation site and degree of protein at the single cell level. On this basis, the physiological functions of some glycoproteins in human body are discussed, and disease markers that can be applied to clinical diagnosis are found. Papers and awards
