Four basic processes of stamping
The stamping process can be divided into four basic processes:

Blanking: stamping process (including punching, blanking, trimming, cutting, etc. ) to separate the paper.

Bending: the stamping process of bending a sheet into a certain angle and shape along a bending line.

Deep drawing: the stamping process of turning a flat plate into a hollow part with various openings or further changing the shape and size of the hollow part.

Fine blanking: the process of stamping products with high precision and products with high size and surface light to meet the requirements of drawings through fine blanking dies.

Local forming: stamping process (including flanging, bulging, flattening and shaping) that changes the shape of blank or stamping parts through various local deformations.
