A year's marriage leave is unnecessary. If the employee marries himself, he/she will be given one to three days' marriage leave as appropriate with the approval of the administrative leader of the unit.
1. Employees who have worked for less than one year, who have the legal conditions for marriage and have gone through the formalities for marriage and settlement, can enjoy marriage leave normally;
