School-age children live in the same place with their parents (or other legal guardians), and the household registration book and real estate license (or legally binding purchase contract and purchase invoice) are in the experimental primary school district of Songshan New District, or the real estate license is in this school district, and the relocated households with household registration book and real estate license in the school district can accept admission. Those who have not moved back can apply for admission by virtue of the property right exchange agreement and the residence booklet of their origin.
2. School-age children and their parents (or other legal guardians) and grandparents (or grandparents) are in the same place, grandparents' household registration and real estate license are in Songshan New District Experimental Primary School District, and children and their parents (or other legal guardians) do not have a separate house (with the certificate of no room issued by Jinzhou Real Estate Center), so they can enter school.
3. School-age children with single household registration or real estate in Jinzhou Experimental School District who do not meet the enrollment conditions of experimental schools can enroll in Songshan New District Experimental Primary School.
4. Children of migrant workers from other provinces and cities living in the school district can apply for admission with their residence permit (issued before June of the year of admission/KLOC-0), rental agreement and household registration book of origin.
5. Transfer conditions of experimental primary school in Songshan New District: On the premise of not generating a large class, the transfer conditions of students should not only meet the provisions of the Notice of Jinzhou Education Bureau on Forwarding the Implementation Rules of the Measures for the Management of Compulsory Education Students' Student Status in Liaoning Province, but also meet the enrollment conditions of the first school year of experimental primary school in Songshan New District.
