The construction is divided into six phases, and the land acquisition task of the project is divided into two phases (the first phase covers an area of 134. 12 mu, and the second phase covers an area of 48.77 mu).

On 20211.6, in Wan 'an Village, Donghan Town, the last three farmers involved in land acquisition and demolition signed a land acquisition agreement.
