"Three Mountains" refers to Yushan Mountain, Wushi Mountain and Pingshan Mountain. "Yishui" refers to the Minjiang River. There are three mountains in the city, and the Minjiang River flows into the sea in the east.

Banyan Fuzhou has a long history of planting banyan trees. According to the Records of Yuhuan in Taiping written by Yue's family in Song Dynasty (930 ~ 1007), "The banyan tree ... is surrounded by ten places, so it is called Rongcheng".

Jasmine flower

Jasmine is an evergreen climbing shrub. Originated in India, it was introduced to the south from the western regions in the Han Dynasty. Leaves opposite, sliced elliptic or broadly elliptic, with white and red flowers. White flowers are common, exquisite and pure, and have a strong aroma. They were once known as "the best fragrance in the world".

Roots, leaves and flowers can be used as medicine, and have the effects of clearing away heat, detoxicating, relieving pain and anesthesia. In the Song Dynasty, jasmine was widely planted in Fuzhou. At present, there are many plots for planting jasmine gardens in the suburbs of Fuzhou, which is one of the specialties of Fuzhou, and the quantity and quality are the first in the country. It symbolizes the fragrance of Fuzhou, a famous historical and cultural city. City Fruit-Fuju

Fuju is an odorless herb and an evergreen shrub. Single leaf with compound leaves and small leaves. White flowers in late spring, solitary or clustered.

The fruit is oblate, red, spongy, thin and easy to peel. Sweet and sour. Most seeds are polyembryonic. Sex is cold-resistant. Propagation by grafting, layering and seedling raising. The pulp is used for raw food or processing, and the peel, core and leaves are used for medicine. The main producing areas are distributed on both sides of Minjiang River. Fuju produced in Nanyu, Shanggan in Minhou County and Luozhou, Wu Shan and Chengmen in Cangshan District is big and sweet. With the improvement of cultivation techniques, chrysanthemum is now produced from Luoyuan Mountain area in the north to Pingtan Island in the east. The harvest time of Fuju is just on the eve of the winter solstice, near the New Year; Because its color is red, and "orange" and "auspicious" are homophonic, people regard "Fuju" as a mascot and a New Year gift.
