It symbolizes the fragrance of Fuzhou, a famous historical and cultural city. The harvest time of Fuju is just on the eve of the winter solstice, near the New Year; Because its color is red, and "orange" and "auspicious" are homophonic, people regard "Fuju" as a mascot and a New Year gift.
