In the eighth year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1730), Guihua Hall was established in this county, which belongs to the Miao family of chemical industry, meaning that there are more Miao people (Miao people) and fewer Yi people (Buyi people). Therefore, it is called osmanthus Li Miao Lou. Later, because Jianghan compatriots lived in Japan, the name was not true. At the end of Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, it was renamed Guihua Limin Building, and the word "naturalization" means "submission" and "nature" of Miao Yi people.
