(3) According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment (Order No.67 of the President of the People's Republic of China) and the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers (Order No.455 of the State Council), those who illegally produce, operate, discharge or transport fireworks and firecrackers within their jurisdiction shall be punished by relevant law enforcement departments and district public security departments according to law; If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished by the district public security department according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
