How to build a slope shed?
The construction procedure is as follows:

(1) Buried column, also called fork, is made of hardwood such as oak, locust, apricot, catalpa bungeana and elm. The front column length 150 ~ 160 cm, and the rear column length 120 ~ 140 cm. Coarse column material (diameter 10 cm or more) can be sawed into a square of 5 cm× 7 cm, and one end is made into a pointed shape, which is beneficial to anticorrosion by pasting asphalt or burning. The column is buried in the soil 50 cm (from the bed surface), and the shed height is 50 cm lower than the column. It is best to bury the column before making the bed or after planting ginseng and before freezing. Bury a row before and after the bed, and align the front and rear columns. One is buried every 1.7 meters, and it is buried on the edge line where the bed surface intersects the bed side. According to the height of the shed, the top of the column is cut off, and the two sides of the cross bed are sawed off, so that there is a gap in the top of the column, commonly known as the bowl mouth, and the bowls of the front and rear columns are placed opposite to each other. (2) Binding scaffold Put the beam with a length of 180 ~ 200 cm and a thickness of 4 ~ 5 cm on the bowl buttons of the front and rear columns, and tie it firmly with iron wire. Then tie four parallel bars with a length of 2.5 ~ 5 meters and a thickness of 4 ~ 5 cm evenly on the beam, which should be straight, with thick heads at the joints and thin ends. In order to save wood, the curtain of beam (3) is about 2 meters wide and 3-5 meters long, which is generally made of reed or wormwood. The diameter of reed (wormwood) bundles is about 2 cm, and the spacing between bundles varies according to slope direction and age. On shady slopes and plots with older participation age, the cluster spacing is 2.5-3 cm, while on sunny slopes and plots with younger participation age, the cluster spacing is 65,438+0.5-2 cm, which is semi-cloudy. Curtains are generally woven with four warp threads (nylon warp threads or fine wire). When knitting curtains, two people will hold a frame and each person will hold two stiles. At the same time, the curtain material should be laid well, with the roots facing outwards and pointed to pointed, and a handful of grass should be twisted for 3 ~ 5 times, subject to the requirements of beam spacing, until it is finished. (4) Curtains and membranous ginseng must be covered before emergence. First put a curtain, then put an anti-aging plastic film, and then put a second curtain on the film. When laying the second curtain, be sure to move the curtain in series to make the light transmitted by the two curtains uniform, then flatten it with layering and tie it firmly, and clean up the bed surface and working path. The complete shed type is shown in Figure 7.

Fig. 7 Slope shed

One-slope light-transmitting shed is improved on the basis of one-slope full shade shed. Its advantage is that the shed can be used for a long time, and farmers can master the shed technology and material specifications skillfully. Its disadvantage is that the light in the shed is uneven, and rain is easy to blow into the shed (commonly known as rainstorm), which is easy to cause ginseng diseases.
