The singing structure of yangko belongs to banqiang, and some duets turn to singing. Its vocal music style is complete, which can show different psychological activities and emotions of various characters. There are seven basic plate types in the plate cavity, namely, button, two thick strips, three properties, steep cliff, middle plate, white rolling and guide plate. In addition, there are some auxiliary plates to supplement and connect the main plate. The traditional duet of Yangko consists of "tune" and "red board". The words "Pingxun", "Dayouban", "Eryouban" and "Wu Yintang" in "Xundiao" are slow-paced and lyrical, and are used to express feelings such as meditation, melancholy and sadness. Among the training tunes, moderate-speed emotions such as Siping training, Yue Lai Diao and Yinnius are suitable for describing and expressing joy, while fast-paced emotions such as coriander training, downhill training and half flashing show cheerful and lively emotions. "Red board" can be divided into "bitter red board", "slow red board" and "tight red board". The tunes are basically the same, with different rhythms, which are used to express different emotions such as depression or impassioned. When singing, we often use "cough cavity" and "tongue color cavity", and sometimes use drag cavity, which is rich in color and expressive. The band has nothing in the martial arts field, and there are four people in the literature field. They are divided into Hu Hu, Sheng and Xiao Sanxian. There are many yangko teams in Shuozhou, the most famous of which is Shuoxian Yangko Team (now Shuocheng Yangko Team), which was founded in 1956. It is the only professional art group in Shuozhou. The representative drama "Clay Kiln" of the troupe went to Beijing in 1990 and gave a performance report for the party and state leaders in Zhongnanhai, which was highly praised and deeply loved by the local people. Local culture is a local brand, and Shuozhou Yangko is a unique cultural resource in Shuozhou.
