As long as you have a computer, a burner and burning software, an electronic photo album software and video editing software, you can make your own photos into an electronic photo album (what you call a dynamic photo album). Of course, if you don't want to do it yourself, you can also go to the photo studio or the store that makes wedding DVD and ask them to make it. Stores that buy CDs generally don't do this.
