Wenjiang District is under the jurisdiction of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is located in the northwest of downtown Chengdu, in the middle of Chengdu Plain, bordering Qingyang District of Chengdu in the east, Shuangliu District in the south, chongzhou city in the west, Pidu District and Dujiangyan City in the north, with a width of 18.5km from east to west and a length of 33km from north to south.
