Li Ang, Tang Wenzong (809-840), the second son of Tang Muzong Hengli, was the 16th emperor of the Tang Dynasty. He ascended the throne in February 65438+826 at the age of 18. From 826 to 840, he reigned 14 years. During his reign, politics was dark and officials struggled constantly. This is the transitional period of the decline of Tang society. Tang Wenzong himself was a puppet and died of depression at the age of 32.
Li Ang (date of birth and death unknown) was born in Mingren and (present-day Hangzhou). Jingtai five years (1454) Jinshi, not an official.
Chenghua period (1465— 1487) was well known in Qingzhou, Shandong province. He has been in power for eight years, caring for the people's feelings and making outstanding achievements. Advise the people to reclaim more than 5,000 hectares of land and resettle more than 52,000 households with more than 200,000 people; During the famine, officials sent tens of millions of stones of grain, and persuaded the local rich to send more than 80 thousand stones of grain, so that the hungry people in Qingzhou survived the famine and accepted the hungry people in the neighborhood. In order to feel the merits of his comprehensive regeneration, the local people built a memorial hall for him in the Yuanhai Pavilion in Qingzhou to show their gratitude. Li Ang was appreciated by the court for this reason, and was appointed as Fujian Left Political Councillor, Shandong Right Political Councillor, and Deputy Imperial Advisor of Duchayuan.
During the Hongzhi period (1488- 1505), Li Ang was ordered to suppress the Yang Jiulong Uprising, the Guangdong-Guangxi Jackal Uprising and the Huguang-Fujian Peasant Uprising.
Li Ang (not Li Ang, Tang Wenzong) has few poems, only two of the whole Tang poetry, and his life story is rarely recorded, except that he was a foreign minister in Kaiyuan. Although Li Ang is not well-known among the poets in the Tang Dynasty, his poems are quite good, and they are written in a bold and heroic way, just like a magnificent military movement, from which we can feel the boiling blood in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.
