Yijiu
(1) Liquor and water are collectively referred to as drinkable water such as wine, water and drinks, which are used to entertain guests. This word is mainly used in the catering industry. The chemical composition of liquor is ethanol, which generally contains a small amount of fusel alcohols and esters. The concentration of edible liquor is below 60 degrees (that is, 60%). After fractionation, liquor was purified to be more than 75% medical alcohol and more than 99.5% anhydrous alcohol.
