The "Four Spirits" sculptures of Qinglong, Baihu, Suzaku and Xuanwu at the four bridgeheads of Bei 'an Bridge face four directions respectively, implying peace on all sides. There are two dragons carved on the bridge. From these two points of view, it is a building with Chinese style. At the same time, Beian Bridge has four musicians and several classical European sculpture lamps, so it is also a classical European architecture.

From these two points of view, it is not like imitating French bridges, because French bridges do not have so many China elements.
