How does PS transform a complex Logo with a white background into a transparent background and a blurred image into a vector image?
There are many ways for PS to program transparent background of logo. Here, we take the picture provided by the original question as an example and use the magic wand tool to cut the picture.

1. Drag the map into PS, click "Layer" in the lower right corner, and click the small lock icon behind the layer to unlock the layer:

2. Select the toolbar on the left, right-click the icon as shown in the figure, and click "Magic wand tool":

3. Check whether the "Continuous" option in the toolbar above is selected. If checked, uncheck the "continuous" option, so that small enclosed areas in some fonts can be cut out:

4. After completing the above steps, click any white background area in the figure with the mouse, and the white background area will be selected by the dotted box:

5. Press the "Del" key on the keyboard to remove the background, and then press the "CTRL"+"D" keys to cancel the display of the dotted line, so that the background of the logo becomes transparent;

The above is the way to turn a white logo into a transparent background. Finally, export the picture. Remember that the image export format with transparent background should be png.
