1. wound care:

(1) It is normal that the wound will feel a little tight and painful 2-3 days after operation.

(2) Please keep the wound clean and dry after returning home, and cover it with cosmetic glue.

2. Diet:

(1) can increase the intake of high protein such as dairy products, eggs and fish, and promote wound healing.

(2) Eating at least 2000cc of water or eating more fruits and vegetables every day can prevent constipation.

3. Daily life:

(1) Sudden coughing or pressing the wound with your hand during exercise can relieve the wound pain caused by abdominal exertion.

(2) Activities to avoid increasing abdominal pressure within three months after operation: such as coughing, difficulty in defecation, lifting heavy objects, going up and down stairs for a long time, climbing mountains, riding bicycles, motorcycles, running, etc.

4. Precautions for medication:

Please take the medicine on time according to the doctor's instructions.

5. Please return to the clinic immediately in the following cases:

(1) fever

(2) Inflammation such as redness, swelling, heat, pain and abnormal secretion.

(3) Persistent vomiting or acute wound pain.
