How to make heart-shaped two-color sandwich toast?

In fact, I tried two heart-shaped recipes first, but they were all recipes I sent before. One was a cotton toast recipe, and the other was a light one in Hokkaido. The finished products prefer Hokkaido recipes, and I will try to make them in China when I have time.

After kneading, the dough is divided into two equal parts.

Add matcha powder to one part and knead well.

The matcha dough is kneaded and fermented once, and the other half of the white dough is fermented once in another container.

Ventilate and knead the two pieces of fermented dough evenly, and then roll them out with a rolling pin, the length of which is similar to that of the mold.

White flour at the bottom, matcha noodles in the middle and honey beans on top, and then roll it as tightly as possible.

Put it in the mold.

Ferment in the oven for the second time, and button the mold after fermentation.

170 degrees for 35 minutes. Take out and pour out the mold, and dry it to hand temperature.

Slice and seal.

If you make it pink, you can use two drops of red velvet essence or 3-4 grams of monascus powder instead.

You can choose to add your favorite jam or other sauces. I added rose sauce, and my family likes it better than matcha.
