It is reported that freelancers who have urban household registration in Lanzhou and have paid social endowment insurance for more than two years in social security bureaus at all levels in Lanzhou can pay housing provident fund in Lanzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center.

Calculation method of deposit amount

(1) Monthly contribution of housing provident fund for freelancers = monthly contribution base × contribution ratio. The monthly deposit of housing provident fund shall be rounded to RMB.

(2) Deposit base: the monthly deposit base of freelancers is their average monthly income in the previous year. The average monthly income is declared by myself, the minimum of which shall not be lower than the average monthly salary of employees in non-private units in Lanzhou last year announced by the statistics department, and the maximum of which shall not be higher than three times the average monthly salary of employees in non-private units in our city last year.

(3) Deposit ratio: the deposit ratio of freelancers is 10%-2 1%, which is declared by myself and verified by the management center according to the actual situation of the depositor.

(4) The deposit base and deposit ratio of freelancers are adjusted once a year in July. Once confirmed, it shall not be adjusted within one year.
