2. The Second Clinical Medical College of Harbin Medical University, founded in 1954, is a third-class first-class hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. It is the first hospital in China to pass the ISO9002 quality system certification of French BVQI certification company. The hospital covers an area of 500,000 square meters and is the largest hospital in China. The building area is 220,000 square meters. There is an outpatient department and four inpatient departments, with beds 1300, and 26,000 patients are discharged every year.
