I. General principles
Article 1: The Bicycle Association of Shanxi University is a student association organized by college students under the leadership of the Youth League Committee of Shanxi University.
Article 2: The Bicycle Association of Shanxi University takes challenging oneself and surpassing dreams as its ideal, and takes unity, struggle, exercise and progress as its purpose. Its official English name is Shanxi University Bicycle Association.
Article 3: The emblem of Shanxi University Bike Association is blue, black and green drivers and roads, and the flag is a red flag with the emblem and name of the association; & lt& lt sign the wheel >> sing for them;
Article 4: The main activities of this association are to participate in bicycle races, social practice and travel adventures, with the goal of training the will and quality of members and staying at school.
Two. organizational structure
Article 5: The Association shall establish a board of directors and an executive committee, with the board of directors being the highest authority of the Association and the executive committee being the executive body of the board;
Article 6: The board of directors shall have a chairman of 65,438+0 and several permanent members as the standing board of directors. When the Council is not in session, it exercises its functions and powers on behalf of the Council, and implements democratic centralism within the Council and the principle that the minority is subordinate to the majority.
Article 7: The term of office of the Council is one year and shall be convened by the chairman. Its main task is to guide and supervise the work of the Executive Committee. The board of directors has the highest decision-making power, including amending the articles of association, appointing and removing members of the presidium of the Executive Committee and making decisions on other major issues.
Article 8: The members of the new board of directors shall be nominated by the chairman of the previous executive committee, and shall be formed only after the approval of more than half of the previous board of directors. The chairman was elected by the new Council and appointed by the previous Council.
Article 9: The Chairman of the Executive Committee is the top leader of the Executive Committee, responsible for the daily work of the Association and accountable to the Council. The Executive Committee is composed of 1 Chairman, 1 Executive Vice-Chairman, several Vice-Chairmen, 1 Secretary-General and ministers of various ministries. The vice chairman assists the chairman and is responsible for a certain task. Each chairman is a permanent member of the Council, and the Executive Vice-President and the Secretary-General are members of the Council.
Article 10: The new chairman of the Executive Committee shall be elected by the Association or recommended by the former chairman and appointed by the Board of Directors;
Article 11: The term of office of each Executive Committee is one year, and the chairman is responsible for convening meetings. The main work contents include: organizing activities, training, competitions, external liaison, expanding the influence of the association, etc. The chairman has the highest decision-making power in the Executive Committee. For example, the chairman has the highest decision-making power on the management of internal affairs.
Article 12: The Executive Committee consists of Secretariat, Practice Department, Propaganda Department, Training Department and External Relations Department. The candidates for each department are recommended by the chairman, discussed and approved by the presidium, appointed by the board of directors, recommended by the ministers, discussed and approved by the presidium, and appointed by the chairman of the Executive Committee.
Article 13: Functions of Ministries:
1. presidium:
Chairman: Manage the presidium and departments, and be responsible for the daily work of the Association.
Vice Chairman: Responsible for the activities, coordination and supervision of Practice Department, Training Department, External Relations Department and Secretariat.
Secretary-General: In charge of the Propaganda Department and the Network Department, and make overall management and supervision of all activities.
Communist Youth League Secretary: Contact and coordinate a brother car association, the school's brother society, and contact the outside media, in order to expand the influence of Shanda Car Association in the outside world.
2. Secretariat: contact the daily activities of member associations; Responsible for the internal finance of the association and carry out financial registration; Coordinate the relationship between ministries; Preside over daily meetings, be responsible for attendance and meeting minutes; Summarize and integrate the internal information and file management of the association; Plan and organize the expansion of each activity; Collect a series of cultural and other knowledge materials closely related to the theme in large-scale activities; Summary of each activity and monthly summary.
3. Sports Department: responsible for training members of the Association; Organize and assist members in summer training and winter training; Take part in various bicycle races.
4. Training Department: responsible for medical and health knowledge training; Daily training and testing; Organize the daily training of the association; Volunteer car repair and bicycle maintenance technical training.
5. Propaganda Department: poster publicity of daily activities of the Association; Preparation and delivery of draft communication; Soliciting contributions, editing, publishing and distributing periodicals; Make promotional materials, such as recruiting new pictures, exhibition boards and leaflets.
6. Outreach Department: raise funds for large-scale activities, organize and write sponsorship programs; The relationship between eating, living and related aspects in some daily training of the association
7. Network Department: daily maintenance and update of the Association website, QQ group, Renren, Sina Weibo and Baidu Post Bar; Publish photos of each activity; Online application and other related matters.
Article 14: With regard to organizing large-scale activities such as summer expeditions, the Executive Committee shall set up a special preparatory committee, and the chairman of the Executive Committee shall coordinate the division of labor within the Association to ensure the success of large-scale activities and take into account the ordinary activities of the Association at ordinary times.
Fifteenth: large-scale activities at least once a year, at least once a month in peacetime activities;
Article 16: Publicity, team selection, safety guarantee and outreach must be done well in advance for social practice activities of summer adventure, and the Council shall guide and supervise its work;
Article 17: The leader of the expedition is responsible. The leader is democratically elected by the team members and appointed by the board of directors. Team members have the obligation to ensure the smooth implementation of the activities as planned, and to obey the command of the team leader. For those who make decisions that are detrimental to the team image, the honor and collective interests of the association, violate discipline, undermine the internal unity of team members and seriously affect the success of activities, the team leader has the right to make a decision to expel them from the team and inform the school;
Article 18: After the summer activities, the tour leader shall summarize the activities in time and submit a summary report to the Council.
Article 19 When the Executive Committee is re-elected, the former chairman shall ensure that the re-election activities will not affect the continuity of the association's activities, and make a work report for this year to the Council at the re-election meeting;
Article 20: After the expiration of the term of each Council, the chairman of the current Executive Committee shall be responsible for issuing permanent membership cards to the directors nominated by the chairman who have contributed to the Association as a souvenir;
Three. Rights and obligations of members
Article 2 1: Rights of members:
1. Have the right to participate in various activities of the Association;
2. Have the right to discuss and suggest the work of the Association;
3. Have the right to vote and stand for election.
4. Freedom to quit the association;
Article 22: Obligations of Members:
1. Have the obligation to abide by the articles of association of this Association and implement the resolutions of this Association;
2. The obligation to conscientiously complete the tasks assigned by this association;
3. Have the obligation to pay membership dues;
4. Have the obligation to safeguard the honor and interests of the Association and publicize the Association;
5. Do not do anything detrimental to the image, honor and interests of the Association;
Four. supplementary terms
Article 23: All activities organized by the association must be safety first, abide by the school rules and regulations, and abide by national laws. It is not allowed to organize activities that damage the image and honor of Shanxi University and Shanxi University Bicycle Association or are not conducive to the interests of society and the state.
Article 24: The right to interpret and amend the Articles of Association belongs to the Council.
Article 25: Amendments to the Articles of Association must be approved by more than half of the members of the board of directors.
Article 26: The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of adoption.
