Nowadays, we all advocate the rule of law. How to establish harmony with the police when they knock on the door should be everyone's basic skill.
From 1998 to now, I have probably experienced seven or eight times, even 10 times being arrested by the police. The longest retention time is 12 hour, and the shortest is 2 or 3 hours. We have experienced many fears that can only be seen in literary works before we feel excited, so we feel the greatness, glory and correctness of our party even more.
Tell me a recent case. Probably on the evening of June 6, 2009, I was at a meeting in my office when my wife called me and said that there were two policemen knocking at the door at home. Hearing this, I immediately turned my mobile phone on the speaker and all the lawyers discussed it together. What if the police arrive at the door of the client's house? All the lawyers put their heads together and immediately asked my wife to go through the work formalities with the police. The wife asked the police through the door, first took out the work permit, and the police usually took out the work permit and flashed by. Our lawyer said that a bright work permit is not enough. We must show legal documents before entering the house, such as search warrant, detention warrant and arrest warrant.
The police flashed a detention permit outside the door again. At this time, it is basically impossible to see what is written on it, because in that case, most people are very nervous and don't know what to take, so they have to take pictures of the detention card displayed in the door with their cameras. At this time, the police flew into a rage and kicked the door, saying that it was still so troublesome to arrest people. My wife said she wouldn't open the door for you as long as you didn't show me your proof. The police said, if you don't open the door, I will shout in the corridor to let all your neighbors come out and know what XX did. My wife said, just shout in the corridor. If you can't shout out, I'll call you and call your neighbor out.
The police saw my wife's attitude and said, you wait, then arrest people and don't come to our side to plead. At the same time, we immediately dialed 1 10 in XX, and soon 1 10 saw two policemen coming. The police asked each other whether they wanted to be arrested, whether they could get in the door or not, and whether they had brought the formalities. Finally, two policemen from 1 10 told my wife that all the formalities had been brought. You must open the door and take whoever should be taken away. My wife said that since he brought all the formalities and showed them to me through the door, the police at 1 10 said no. We citizens have the right to question and know, and the Constitution protects our rights.
