Nine-level standard for work-related injuries:
16) The distal thumb segment 1/2 is missing;
17) The first index finger is missing 2 ~ 3 segments;
18) Loss of function of interphalangeal joint of one thumb;
23) After fracture internal fixation, there is no dysfunction;
Work injury 10 standard:
6) The distal interphalangeal joint of any finger except the thumb is severed or loses its function;
10) 3 ~ 4 fingers are missing except thumb; 14) There was no dysfunction after fracture healing in all parts of the body;

It is suggested that the parties concerned urge the unit to apply to the social insurance administrative department of the overall planning area for work-related injury identification within 30 days from the date of the accident injury. If the unit fails to apply for work-related injury identification according to the regulations, the worker himself may also apply for work-related injury identification directly to the social insurance administrative department of the area where the employer is located within 1 year from the date of the accident injury;

The administrative department of social insurance shall, within 60 days from the date of accepting the application for ascertainment of work-related injuries, make a decision on ascertainment of work-related injuries, and notify the employees who apply for ascertainment of work-related injuries or their close relatives and the units where the employees work.
