The First Affiliated Hospital of Anyi University (the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University) was formerly the Southeast Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Southeast Medical College, which was founded in 1926. 1949, in response to the call of the party and the government, moved to Huaiyuan county, Anhui province with the school, and then moved to Hefei city in 1952. After more than 80 years of development, the hospital has become a third-class first-class hospital of the Ministry of Health, an advanced collective of the national health system, a clinical pharmacology base of the Ministry of Health, and a civilized demonstration unit of Anhui Province. It is the largest comprehensive teaching hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, rehabilitation and first aid in Anhui Province.
