There are several situations of oil leakage from oil tankers:
1, the tank mouth leaks oil. If the tank mouth is welded on the tank body, the most direct reason is that the manufacturing process of this tank car is not good, because the uneven weld leads to uneven stress, and the tank car produces small cracks after long-term use, and the factory inspection is not strict, which will cause such problems. Solution: Apply it with soap or alkali, and scrape it to control oil leakage in a certain period of time. Remember to be careful when scraping to avoid excessive static electricity.
2. The reason of oil leakage at the weld of tank body is the same as that in the first case. Solution: Apply it with alkali or soap, control the oil leakage at the crack within a certain period of time, and drive it to the repair shop in time. Because the oil leakage in the fuel tank can only be controlled in a short time, it is necessary to drive the car to a professional garage for treatment in time.
3. The pipeline at the bottom of the oil tank leaks oil. There are many reasons for pipeline leakage, such as collision with foreign objects during driving, long-term driving on rugged roads, friction caused by bumps and so on. Solution: Wrap the broken part with a layer of cloth, then wrap it with straw rope or steel wire, and close the subsea valve.
4. The oil pump leaks oil. There are two butt joints on the oil pump, and there are oil seals on the pipes. Long-term wear may lead to oil leakage. Solution: close the subsea valve, tighten the nut with a wrench, plug it with soft leather to reduce oil leakage, and drive to the repair station as soon as possible to change the oil seal.
