The Birth of a Family is about abandoned dogs. The name of the program was tentatively set as "mypett" before, but it was recently determined as "The Birth of a Family". Abandoned dogs with nowhere to go will be placed in the homes of idol groups until they find new families. The program recorded the process of these idol group members taking care of and raising abandoned dogs.
