The nasal septum is slightly deviated to the right (nasal septum is deviated).

It can't be completely diagnosed by CT only, but it is diagnosed as right maxillary sinusitis, left ethmoid sinus tumor (nature to be determined), rhinitis, bullous middle turbinate and deviated nasal septum.
