First of all, up to now, turret punch has developed to five stations: A, B, C, D and E (E is only the Japanese Amada model).
The so-called station is to put the corresponding mold into the station slot for punching.
Distinguish stations, this is very simple. Of course, the thinnest is Station A, the thickest is bilibili, the thickest is Station C and the thickest is Station D.
Strictly speaking, the above dimensions of 12.7mm and 3 1.7mm are the maximum punching dimensions that can be processed by the dies at the corresponding stations. For example, the die in Station A, you can buy any stamping die you need on the circumscribed circle with the diameter of 12.7mm, and the holes exceeding this size need to be machined on the bilibili die, and so on.
On the floor of 1, the molds of each station cannot be interchanged at will unless you install an additional station conversion sleeve.
