The main components of metal die are punch and die, and the most basic functions are punching and blanking. Other parts include punch fixing plate, discharging plate, upper bracket and base. The punch is installed on the punch fixing plate, the punch fixing plate of the upper die is installed on the upper bracket of the die, and the upper bracket is equipped with the die handle. During stamping, the die handle is installed in the mounting hole of the punch slider to drive the upper die of the cold die to move up and down for stamping. The female die is installed on the base, and the base is pressed by the pressing plate on the workbench of the punching machine. There is a leakage hole under the female die, from which the punched parts or wastes leak. The discharging plate returns the parts or wastes sleeved on the punch and continues to work with the die. In fact, there are many kinds of cold stamping dies, including bending dies, forming dies, cutting dies, trimming dies and drawing dies. The structure of plastic mold is mainly core, that is, punch and cavity, that is, concave die. When the plastic mold works, the moving mold and the fixed mold are combined into one, the molten plastic raw material is injected into it, and then the pressure is kept. After the plastic is cooled and solidified, the moving die and the fixed die are separated, and the molded plastic product is taken out, that is, the processing process of the plastic product is completed. There are thimbles, counter thimbles, pull rods and guide pins in the plastic mold. Some plastic molds also have sliders, inclined guide posts and inclined sliders.
