What does an electrolytic worker do?
Electrolyzer is a kind of worker engaged in workshop electrolysis industry. They usually work in workshops where the temperature is as high as 40 degrees. Mainly engaged in changing (anode) pole, sealing (anode) pole and adjusting electrolyte/aluminum level.

The poisons that electrolytic workers are exposed to are mainly fluoride, sulfide, asphalt smoke and carbon monoxide. Poisons mainly exist near electrolytic cells and flue gas purification systems.

Problems faced by electrolytic workers

1, the actual operation index is poor.

Due to the short development time, the deep development of large aluminum reduction cells in China is obviously insufficient, which leads to a big gap between the actual operation index and the international advanced level. Most of them run in the environment of large load and small power grid, and there are many security risks. Any fluctuation of electrolytic series production will have a great impact on the power grid or self-owned power plants, and even threaten the safety of power supply.

2. Due to the lack of "fine design" technology and comprehensive technical measures to improve the service life of electrolyzers on the basis of in-depth understanding of the mechanism and law of cathode damage, it is difficult for electrolyzers to reach the design life and the early failure rate is high.
