Ingredients: 400g of flour, 4g of yeast, 80g of milk/kloc-0, and 0g of salt/kloc-0.

Steps:

1. The yeast is melted with warm water and added to the flour.

2. Slowly add the milk and stir into balls.

3. Knead into a smooth ball and ferment to twice the size.

4. Take out the exhaust and rub it into long strips and cut it into small doses.
