What a vast land, the dazzling yellow sand … I finally saw the desert, Dunhuang in my dream!

Coming to this desert I've been longing for for for a long time, I really live up to my reputation. Its sand is golden and brilliant; Its atmosphere is unparalleled! In Dunhuang, no matter how hot the weather is, you can hear laughter.

Let's start with the weather. In winter, we live a hot summer life. In summer, sweat is like a spring. In addition, the buildings here, when you walk in, a little coolness comes to mind. The walls are inlaid with sand and stones, giving people the illusion of being in the Taj Mahal in India. Every road leading to the building is full of flowers and plants, as if it were God's care for these simple people.

Every Dunhuang native is happy in his heart. They let every tourist climb the 99-grid rope ladder, then give everyone a bottle of colorful pebbles, open the lid and let people sit on the bamboo raft from the top of Shashan Mountain to the foot of the mountain. Whoever has more pebbles left will get a "mysterious gift" from this village.

Dunhuang is the most famous crescent spring in the famous sand mountain. The whole lake is in a long crescent shape. The spring water is clean, delicious, sweet and cold, and has a hint of grapes. There is a crescent garden next to the crescent spring, which is also crescent-shaped. There is not only refreshing grape juice, but also a painting exhibition hall, where every visitor can paint, and the well-painted ones can be displayed.

I hate that I am not a painter and can't draw this beautiful scenery; I also lament that I am not a poet and can't recite the great rivers and mountains of this motherland through the ages. In the Dunhuang desert, you seem to be in a fairyland. The hospitable locals have become fairies to guide you. The bright sun turned into a shining gem, and every house shone with golden light. Everyone has a desire to continue living in the desert.

This is the beautiful Dunhuang, the beautiful desert, and the place I yearn for most. I finally realized my dream. I really hope to have a chance to feel the elegance of this desert again in the future!
