Ingredients: 500g flour.
Accessories: 8 grams of yeast, 5 grams of sugar and 3 grams of salt.
1. Add yeast salt and sugar to the flour and mix well.
2. Squeeze in proper amount of hot water and knead into dough.
3. Add a little oil and continue to knead.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up.
