1. It is recommended not to use molten inert gas shielded welding (MIG)

1. This welding method requires a pulse welding machine, otherwise the spatter will be too large and unsightly, but Pulse welding machines are more expensive, and the gas uses 98% Ar + 2% O2 or 95% Ar + 5% CO2. If you mix it yourself, use CO2, because O2 requires high mixing accuracy and is difficult to operate;

2. MIG The main advantages of welding are fast welding speed and high efficiency, but door frames have short welds, and the beginning and end of the weld are poorly formed.

3. The aesthetics of TIG is better than MIG.

2. It is recommended to use TIG (non-melting inert gas shielded welding, that is, tungsten arc welding), use Ar protection with a purity greater than 99.99%, and use a DC argon arc welding machine. Panasonic’s 315TX3 is recommended type welding machine.

3. For the welding wire, use 308L stainless steel wire with a diameter of 3.2mm (manual wire filling) or use a TIG welder with an automatic wire filling machine and use a welding wire with a diameter of 1.2mm.
