1990- 1995 focuses on the motherboard design of hardware and electronic circuits, and at the same time uses CAD software to design project service technical support output, serving customers such as Acer and Shenda.

Chunghwa Telecom Taipei invested in a large-scale bidding case for PCB outsourcing during the period of 1996, and exported PCB layout circuit motherboard design services.

1996-2000 obtained the design agency right of American Veribest tool software PCB, and put it into the system platform to import the technical service output of industrial computer industry. Advantech technology and related motherboard designers and other major customers set up marketing and after-sales service, with about 45 software engineers.

In 2000, PCB layout design was gradually transformed, and a special team of product design engineers was set up, and began to invest in the conceptual design and research of digital oscilloscope production.

During the period of 2000-2004, the first generation prototype technology of digital oscilloscope was being developed, and at the same time, entrusted by the Japanese cooperation, the output port of brainwave electronic measuring instrument was contracted to the Japanese market.
