IV. Assessment organization and methods
1. The performance assessment leading group of the hospital is specifically responsible for the assessment of middle-level cadres. 2. Attendance and off-duty system.

5. Health system.
1. Medical staff should establish a culture of civility and hygiene, clean and organize frequently, and keep indoors and outdoors clean.
2. Actively maintain public property and office hygiene, do not litter paper scraps, peels, spit, and do not place random debris indoors and in the corridors.
3. The sanitation in the hospital implements a zoning management system. The sanitation area is uniformly divided into various departments by the hospital office, and the responsibilities are assigned to each person. Each sanitation area should be kept clean.
4. Every Monday or Saturday, the hospital office will organize members of the health inspection team to inspect each department. 9. Before the xth day of each month, the person in charge of each department shall submit two copies of the schedule for the next month to the hospital office for approval.

10. Medical accidents occurred in the department.
