The separation process of brown corundum is as follows: when abrasive and dust pass through the channel, due to the action of gravity, dust and gas come out through the gap between cones, while abrasive and coarse particles fall into the vibrating screen below the cones. The vibrating screen further separates the abrasive from the coarse particles, and the separated pure abrasive enters the designated hopper through the sieve holes and is recycled to the sandblasting tank. Brown corundum dust and the gas passing through the separator are filtered by the filter, and the clean gas is discharged outside the factory building, while the dust falls into the waste hopper.
The fan sucks all abrasives, dust and airflow into the abrasive centralized filter through the honeycomb bottom plate. The gas containing dust is filtered by the filter, and the dust adheres to the outer wall of the filter. Part of the clean gas is discharged to the outside of the plant through the filter, and part of it is circulated to the sandblasting room.
Brown corundum and heavy dust specially used for sand blasting continue to enter the separator through the abrasive tank. The classifier has an inner and outer cone structure, and there is an adjustable channel between the inner and outer cones. By adjusting the core, the cross section of the airflow channel can be changed, thus adjusting the separation ratio.
