"VIPC mold lifting ring" is made of alloy material, with special shaft sleeve inside and high toughness after special high-temperature quenching and tempering treatment. When in use, the lifting ring can be freely adjusted along with the lifting direction, and it can also be manually adjusted to the stretching direction. The safety factor ratio of the old product is 4: 1, and the lifting ring of the newly upgraded VIPC rotary die is "5 times pulling force in any direction", and there is no welding process, which meets the standard of EN 1677- 1.
