Now that technology is developed and plastic surgery is more popular than before, why can't a 60-year-old face become 20 years old?
I don't know much about the cosmetic industry, but I guess based on some phenomena.

The first is the technical problem. Plastic surgery is really common now, but it doesn't mean that the price of surgery can be accepted by the public. That means, maybe the current technology can turn 60 into 20, but the people who can afford this operation are beyond the reach of ordinary people. We just don't know them.

Another reason is that it is unnecessary. Most people have plastic surgery to get better in others' eyes. A 60-year-old man, with friends almost the same age, turned himself into a 20-year-old, but turned into a different kind.
