The stock price fluctuates repeatedly within a certain range, thus forming a box in which the stock price runs. When the stock price falls to a relatively low point, it will be supported by buying, which is the bottom of the box, and when the stock price rises to a relatively high point, it will be under the pressure of selling, which is the top of the box.
The stock price will fall when it touches the top of the box, rise when it touches the bottom, and fluctuate repeatedly between the top and bottom of the box, forming a box consolidation.
