Yan Xu is a postdoctoral fellow in biomedicine and a practicing physician in the Second Military Medical University of China People's Liberation Army. Engaged in stem cell research for more than ten years. The main research directions are stem cell induction and injury repair, and the application of autologous adipose-derived stem cells in facial plastic surgery. The main work focuses on the culture and clinical transformation of mesenchymal stem cells. He has unique insights in the field of stem cell anti-aging, formulated and implemented SOP for mesenchymal stem cell culture amplification, stem cell culture quality monitoring and detection, and obtained national ISO900 1 system certification. He is currently the director of technology and research and development of Nanjing Regenerative Medicine Engineering Technology Research Center.
