Does the subject want to ask "why intouch can't start because of insufficient memory, what should I do?" It is caused by background software conflict.

1. First, right-click the taskbar on your computer, and then click Start Manager.

2. Click Performance after entering Task Manager.

3. Then, in the page that opens, locate and click Resource Monitor.

4. Switch to the CPU window and enter a file name that cannot be deleted in the search box.
