Supplementary provisions on product type certification of steel and wood fire doors

Article 1 These Supplementary Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Type Approval of Fire Protection Products issued by the Fire Protection Product Conformity Assessment Center of the Ministry of Public Security.

Article 2 Steel-wood fire doors are divided into the following eight types and three fire resistance grades:

Eight types (from easy to difficult):

1. Steel-wood integrated fire door

2. Steel and wood double fire doors

3. Steel-wood single-layer glass door.

4. Steel-wood double-leaf fire door with glass.

5. Steel-wood single fire door with open window

6. Steel and wood double fire doors with bright windows and clean windows.

7. Steel-wood single fire door with glass and bright windows

8. Steel and wood fire doors with glass and bright windows.

The three fire resistance grades are Grade A, Grade B and Grade C respectively.

Article 3 The production and inspection equipment of an enterprise applying for product type certification shall meet the requirements of Annex 1 and Annex 2 respectively.

Article 4 When applying for product inspection, an enterprise shall provide the quality inspection center with the structural schematic diagram (including door elevation, section and node diagram) and material list of steel and wood fire doors with various specifications and fire resistance grades.

Article 5 The size of the hole of a fire door shall not be less than 900mm× 2100mm and not more than 2500mm× 2500mm. ..

Article 6 The inspection basis, inspection items, sampling methods and judgment criteria of products shall meet the requirements in Annex 3.

Article 7 The product type approval certificate for steel and wood fire doors shall be valid for three years.

Article 8 Products that have passed the type certification must use a unified certification mark. Its position is the upper right corner of the fire door leaf along the opening direction.

Article 9 The Supplementary Rules shall be interpreted by the fire product conformity assessment center of the Ministry of Public Security.

Article 10 These Supplementary Rules shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

2. Inspection items

The inspection items are the following items specified in GB14101-1993 General Technical Conditions for Wood Fire Doors:

(7) Production requirements

(8) Overall strength

(9) Fire resistance limit

(3) Sampling method

1. sampling method: the steel-wood fire doors are randomly selected according to the most difficult specifications among the fire resistance grades (A, B and C) applied by the enterprise (the order of difficulty is implemented according to Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions on Product Type Approval of Steel-wood Fire Doors);

2. Sampling base: the sampling base of similar steel and wood fire doors with different fire resistance grades (A, B and C) should not be less than15;

3. Number of samples: two samples are taken from the steel and wood fire doors (Grade A, Grade B and Grade C) with the most difficult fire resistance. Has grown two millimeters sent to the quality inspection center for inspection; Another one is reserved for enterprises.

(4) Judgment criteria

The length difference between the two diagonal lines of the installation tolerance door frame (internal cutting) exceeds the limit.

The flatness dimension deviation of the contact surface between the frame and the fan exceeds the standard.

Sealing (5.6) No sealing groove is left at the joint of door frame and door leaf, and the sealing strip in the groove is unqualified 1.

The allowable deviation of door manufacturing (5.7.3d) is out of tolerance in the warping size of door leaf.

The diagonal length of the door leaf is poor, and the dimensional deviation exceeds the standard.

Overall strength (5.8) After the sandbag impact test, the integrity of the door was destroyed, and the filling material in the door cracked or fell off. 0

(3) Individual inspection and judgment

The number of unqualified items in each inspection item of steel-wood fire door is less than or equal to the number of qualified judgments in the above table, indicating that the item is qualified. Otherwise, the project is judged as unqualified.

2. Product comprehensive evaluation criteria

If the steel and wood fire doors fail individually, the products are judged to be unqualified.

Second, supervision and inspection

(1) inspection basis

The inspection basis of steel fire doors is GB12955-1991General Technical Conditions for Steel Fire Doors;

The inspection basis of wood fire doors is GB14101-1993 General Technical Conditions for Wood Fire Doors.

(2) Inspection items

0. The inspection items of steel fire doors are the ex-factory inspection items specified in GB12955-1991General Technical Conditions for Steel Fire Doors:

(3) Tolerance of size, shape and position

1. The inspection items of wood fire doors are the ex-factory inspection items specified in GB141-1993 General Technical Conditions for Wood Fire Doors:

(1) materials and accessories

(2) Opening force of door leaf

(3) The allowable deviation of door manufacturing

(3) Sampling method

1. sampling method: for each product with fire resistance rating, select the most difficult product for sampling. Samples should be taken from the finished product library of the enterprise.

2. Number of samples: 1 sample for each fire door.

(4) Judgment criteria

It is the same as the type approval inspection standard.

Third, replace the inspection.

The replacement inspection is the same as the type approval inspection.
