2. Then open the picture you need to make, as shown in the figure.

3. Then click the rectangular box to select a tool and select a required tool, as shown.

4. Then select a constituency, as shown.

5. Then press the shortcut key Shift to increase the selection, as shown.

6. After that, you can hold down the shortcut key Alt to narrow down the selection, as shown in the figure.

7. Then click the move tool in the toolbar, as shown.

8. Then press and drag the mouse to move the area, so that you can use the rectangular selection tool, as shown in the figure.
